Just Peachy

Perhaps it’s the anticipation of warm weather with hints of frivolity and freshness, and conjurings images of perferct picnics on the beach, and lips stained with watermelon, that have sparked my sudden love affair with this cheeky sweet blush.

Another current favourite is a muted dusty pink from my Smashbox lippy palette: yum! Their Lip Service lipstick palette #2 is very versatile and I use it on practically every shoot. This dusty pink coats the lips, but only after a smattering of a light taupe lip pencil that borders on nude, the Prestige lipliner in sand. Can’t find Prestige in S.A., sadly. But the Bourjois range is quite similar.

The skin has a light coating of M.A.C.’s liquid face and body foundation in C2, with MUA’s pressed powder in shades 1 and 3, used as contouring and highlight shades.

The eyes were dusted with light highlight shade by Kryolan, and the outer corners have light brown and taupe gently blended into the crease, with a dash of coral shimmer smack bang in the middle of the lid, all of these were from Fraulein.

Eyebrows were brushed and lightly coated with dark brown eye pencil by Elizabeth Arden.

Beautiful Belle’s look is ideal for Spring and Summer bridesmaids: full of fun and freshness that sparkles and delights.

Bliss be to you,

The MakeUp Mistress
